Call Center Management


A company wants to select a team of four call center executives from its center based in South India for a  transfer to their newly setup center in  north India. The company is managed by professional managers and is very particular about human resources and Personal relations. There are seven team members of equal ability: X, Y and Z are senior and A, B and C are junior.
